This notice describes the information collected through this website’s inquiry form.

Information you provide

The form collects your name, email, store name, city, store count and estimated label count. You can also provide a phone number, business type, POS system and project notes. Do not include payment details, passwords or sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use your details to review your project, prepare a proposal and respond to your inquiry. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Storage and access

This website runs on a Vultr server. Inquiries are stored in a SQLite database used by this website. Access to the inquiry dashboard is restricted to the site owner. A short-lived, hashed network identifier helps limit form abuse. Raw network addresses are not stored in the inquiry database. Server and hosting-provider logs may contain network addresses and other information needed to operate the website.

Cookies and analytics

The owner dashboard uses password sign-in and an essential session cookie. The public inquiry form does not require an account. This website does not install advertising trackers or analytics tools. The form currently sends no automatic confirmation or notification emails.

Retention and requests

We retain inquiry records while they are needed for your project or related business records. You can request access, a correction or deletion by email or through the inquiry form. Include your original reference, if available, and use the email address associated with your inquiry. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

We do not sell inquiry details or use them for targeted advertising.
